Family is at the core of everything that I am and the catalyst behind my pursuits. This journey started from a moment of self-reflection where I realized I was overwhelmed and not living life fully present in every moment.
While navigating my professional endeavors, I had moments of wondering... am I being a good wife? A good friend, daughter, sister? Can I start my own business? How in the world can I manage all aspects of my life effectively while still feeling fulfilled?
I needed balance.
We all have busy seasons of life, but it’s always important to stay grounded in your why. My why is my family. Leveling up my reality meant implementing strategies that allow me more time to cherish moments with them.
